KickDrift RC, its creators, manufacturers, distributors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use, misuse, modification, or failure to follow all provided instructions and safety guidelines.
Adult supervision is required at all times during use. This product must be used only as intended and in a safe, controlled indoor environment.
